WHAT IS THE SCARLET AND GRAY PASS?

Ohio State’s Scarlet and Gray Pass is a more flexible season ticket option for Buckeye men’s basketball. The pass cost $125 + applicable fees (limit of four per person).

Fans will have the opportunity to have a different seat location for every game. Seat locations will be assigned up to 48 hours prior to the start of the event and sent to the pass holder’s iPhone or Android phone, which they will use to enter the venue.

The Scarlet and Gray Pass includes all regular season home men’s basketball games played in the Schottenstein Center. Post-season games or regular season games played at different venues are not included in the Scarlet and Gray Pass.

Fans can purchase the Scarlet and Gray Pass here on Wednesday, August 7th at 10 a.m. ET.

3.) In the Ticket Management view, you will be able to Sit With Friends and Buy Guest Tickets prior to your seat being delivered

4.) When available, tap to Accept your seat and present your ticket/barcode at the venue for entry


Q: What is the Scarlet and Gray Pass?
A: The Scarlet and Gray Pass is a new type of ticket that gives fans access to Ohio State regular season home men’s basketball games at the Schottenstein Center.

Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all home games within the Scarlet and Gray Pass?
A: Scarlet and Gray Pass buyers are guaranteed a seat for all the home games included in their Pass. Seat locations will vary by game and be assigned prior to tip-off.

Q: How do I access my Scarlet and Gray Mobile Pass and ticket on game day?
A: Go to scarletandgraypass.com on your iPhone or Android smartphone. Then login with the email address you used to purchase the Scarlet and Gray Mobile Pass and your mobile phone number. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into the venue.

Q: How is my seat location determined?
A: Your seat location will vary by game. Please note that the time you accept your Scarlet and Gray Pass may impact which seat location you’re assigned.

Q: How many Scarlet and Gray Passes can I buy? And if I buy two or more passes will my seats be next to each other?
A: You can buy up to four (4) total passes per account, while supplies last. And yes, all Scarlet and Gray Passes purchased in one transaction will have seats assigned together for each game.

Q: How does my guest scan into the game?
A: Your guest can either enter the Schottenstein Center with you using the barcodes on your phone, or you can send your guest their own barcode. Simply tap the Transfer button located below the barcode and send the link to your guest(s).

Q: Can I bring different people with me to each game?
A: Yes, different people can attend each game.

Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android smartphone?
A: The Scarlet and Gray Pass is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets available through the program. Admission to the Schottenstein Center and seat assignments will be managed through your iPhone or Android by visiting scarletandgraypass.com.

Q: Can I purchase the Scarlet and Gray Pass if I don’t have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time.

Q: Is the Scarlet and Gray Pass refundable?
A: All sales are final.

Q: Can I sell my Scarlet and Gray Pass for games I do not attend?
A: No, the Passes cannot be resold.

Q: What if I lose the text message that tells me to accept my seats?
A: If you can’t access your Scarlet and Gray Pass via text message, simply go to scarletandgraypass.com. Additionally, you can visit expapp.com/contact to submit any questions about the Scarlet and Gray Pass at any time to receive a timely support response.

Q: Can I sit with other Scarlet and Gray Pass purchasers?</strong
A: Yes, if you would like to sit with other Pass purchasers, you may link your pass prior to receiving your seat delivery text message. Simply tap the Sit With Friends button in the Ticket Management screen and enter your friend’s email address. Linking is based on seating availability.

Q: Can I purchase guest tickets for certain games, in addition to the Scarlet and Gray Pass tickets I already have?

A: Yes, you may purchase additional guest tickets for certain games based on availability. To purchase guest tickets, simply tap “Buy Guest Tickets” in the Ticket Management screen and complete your purchase. Guest tickets must be purchased prior to receiving your seats at the time noted in the Ticket Management view. All tickets will be seated together, pricing may change from game to game, and is based on availability for the selected game.
