- Had a career weekend in a four-game sweep of Indiana (April 2-4), as he hit .533 (8-of-15) with two home runs … He had a career-high four-hit game in the series finale, including the game-winning walk-off double in the bottom of the ninth … He finished with four RBI and three scored runs in the four games
- Was named Big Ten Player of the Week for his efforts vs. Indiana
- Had another tremendous series vs. Purdue (April 30-May2), hitting .533 (8-of-15) with two doubles, a triple, two home runs and 10 runs batted in … He also walked twice and scored four runs

- Started all 14 games, splitting time evenly between third base and shortstop
- Hit .189 (10-for-53) with seven RBI and five runs scored while tying for the team lead with four doubles

- Went 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles, an RBI, a run scored and a walk against Pittsburgh (2/15)
