Ohio State Overview: Fifth-year senior Joshua Alabi is now in his third season on offense after initially playing along the defensive line … he is one of the most experienced offensive linemen on the team and has seen action in 24 games, including a start at left tackle in the Rose Bowl win over Washington when regular starter Thayer Munford was injured … Alabi also logged a career-high 86 snaps on offense in the win over Maryland and totaled 393 snaps as a junior in 2018 while playing in all 14 games to earn his second Varsity O letter … expect him to see considerable action for the Buckeyes in 2019 if not hold down a starting position … he played 10 games in 2017 as a sophomore and five games along the defensive line as a red-shirt freshman in 2016 … red-shirted the 2015 season as a true freshman … he is majoring in family resource management.
