  • Spent 2013-14 and 2014-15 with U.S. National Team Development Program and had 16 points (4g, 12a) in 50 games with the U18 team

Off the Ice

  • Chose Ohio State because “I always wanted to go to a Big Ten school. Besides the unbelievable academic opportunity, any college hockey player dreams of winning a national championship. I know at Ohio State we can do that. Also, I feel it’s the best place to prepare for the next level.”
  • Favorite hockey player is Erik Karlsson, saying “I try and model my game after him. Besides being a great defender I really like the way he gets involved in the offense and his ability to make the people around him better.”
  • Started hockey at age 2; began with roller hockey and moved to ice about age 3; a lot of family members grew up playing hockey so it was passed down, with his grandpa his biggest influence in the sport
