COLUMBUS, Ohio – Registration is now open for Ohio State Men’s Soccer Winter School, a four-week program that will provide athletes the opportunity to work with the Ohio State Men’s Soccer Coaching Staff led by second-year head coach Brian Maisonneuve to further continue their development. The dates are Feb. 11, Feb. 18, Feb. 25, March 4 and March 7 and are for grades 9 & up. These sessions will focus on different aspects of the game (technical, tactical, shape, movement, transition, possession, finishing, etc.) and allow these topics to be taught more deeply. Training sessions will follow the same format of that which the current student-athletes at Ohio State follow.
Soccer School will be held at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center, one of the top indoor facilities in the country. The facility houses a state-of-the-art indoor turf field; cleats are the most appropriate footwear for the training sessions.
