#ProBucks Update – June 18

Archers LC – featuring #ProBucks Dominique Alexander and Tyler Pfister – and Whipsnakes LC met in a battle of unbeaten teams. Whipsnakes ended up escaping with an 11-10 overtime victory.  Alexander played his third straight game at defensive midfield and thus far has two caused turnovers on the season.

In another one-goal game last weekend, Kevin Buchanan and Chaos LC edged Redwoods LC 12-11 to improve to 2-1 on the season. Buchanan’s played in two of Chaos’ three games thus far and has two points (one goal, one assist).

This coming weekend, the #ProBucks worlds collide as Archers LC faces off against Chaos LC at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday in Baltimore (Homewood Field).

There was just one game in Major League Lacrosse last week, but it included a highlight from a former Buckeye. In the Chesapeake Bayhawks/New York Lizards contest, defenseman Ben Randall – playing for New York – picked up a ground ball in the third quarter with an empty net that saved a goal. Chesapeake went on to win the game, 16-14.
