COLUMBUS, Ohio The OhioState pistol team posted a 4,668 to 4,087 victory over the Purdue Club Team last weekend in West Lafayette. The Buckeyes won individual honors in all three open events with Anthony Lutz finishing first in free pistol at 272. Seth Berglee was second at 264. Berglee took top honors in standard pistol with a 557. Nick Mowrer finished second at 552. In air pistol, Berglee and Lutz finished the event tied at 372. Berglee won the tiebreaker to take first and Lutz second.


In the women’s events, Kelsey Imig won both shooting a 571 in women’s sport pistol and a 358 in women’s air pistol. Erin Meadows finished second in both events with a 548 in sport and a 349 in air pistol.


OhioState returns to the road next weekend when it steps to the firing line at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
