The Ohio State spirit squad excelled this past weekend at the UCA\UDA National Championships:
• Brutus Buckeye claimed the mascot national title for the second time in the last five years (also 2015 champion)
• The dance team won the D1A Pom finals, becoming back-to-back National Champions in the Pom category and securing the program’s third national championship in two years
• The cheerleading team placed second overall, its highest finish since 2001
