The Big Ten Council of Presidents/Chancellors voted unanimously to resume the football season starting the weekend of October 23-24, 2020. No plans for fans to attend games have been decided, but we will communicate any information as it develops.
As the 2020 football season will not take place as originally scheduled, we are giving season ticket holders the opportunity to select how they would like to handle ticket, parking, and qualifying contribution monies that have already been paid for the season.
In these unprecedented times, we hope you will consider converting your investment to a fully charitable contribution that will help offset the grant-in-aid costs of our student-athletes. Contributions are vital to sustaining Ohio State Athletics’ ability to provide resources for student-athletes and compete at the highest levels while remaining 100 percent self-supporting.
As a reminder, all ticket holders who had renewed for this season:
• Will retain their consecutive years of purchase;
• Will retain their full season ticket eligibility (no lapse in purchasing will be applied to long-time purchasers and faculty/staff members); and
• Will still participate in the planned reseating of Ohio Stadium as the 2020 Seat Selection Process will now occur prior to the 2021 season for all eligible season tickets. Bonus points for the seat selection will be awarded for those choosing to donate or roll-over their ticket payments.
Season ticket holders who did not submit their preferences during the two opt out periods can email the Athletics Ticket Office at firstname.lastname@example.org to indicate how they would like their season ticket payments handled.
