No. 14 Buckeyes Win Four Races vs. No. 12 Duke Saturday

COLUMBUS, Ohio –No. 14 Ohio State crossed the finished line four times ahead of No. 12 Duke Saturday on the second day of racing at the 2023 ACC/Big Ten Regatta at the Rivanna Reservoir Boathouse in Charlottesville.

The Buckeyes won the Second Varsity Four, Varsity Eight, Second Varsity Eight and First Novice Eight races against the Blue Devils after taking the Second Varsity Four and Second Varsity Eight races against No. 11 Virginia in the races Friday.

Ohio State will now focus on the Big Ten Invitational April 7-8 in Sarasota, Florida.

Ohio State finished in the No. 8 spot at the 2022 NCAA Championships after winning the 2022 Big Ten Regatta, the 10^th conference title and first for Kate Sweeney, now in her fourth season as head coach of the Buckeyes.
