Senior tight end Ben Hartsock had a career day against the Wolfpack of North Carolina State Saturday in the Buckeyes’ triple-overtime win. The 6-4, 265-pounder snared seven Craig Krenzel passes for 65 yards, both career highs. In addition, he caught one of three overtime touchdown passes. His efforts earned Offensive Lineman of the Week honors from the Buckeye coaching staff.
Women’s volleyball junior Stacey Gordon continued her hot streak, as she had 32 kills against both Cleveland State and Rice and 22 against Brigham Young last week. Against CSU and BYU, Gordon tied her career high with 21 digs in each match. She has had no fewer than 21 kills in each of the six matches this season.
