COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State men’s tennis team blanked Temple 7-0 Friday in the first day of competition at the Navy Invitational in Annapolis, Md. OSU won all six singles matches while taking two of the three doubles matches.

%^$ Four Buckeyes notched wins in singles and doubles. Freshmen Andrew Metz (Mentor, Ohio) and Vincent Ng (Broadview Heights, Ohio) combined for an 8-0 win in doubles while winning their respective singles matches. Juniors Andrew Carlson (Gambrills, Md.) and Chris Porter (Canton, Ohio) joined forces for an 8-3 win in doubles while each cruised to singles victories.
