Men’s Gymnastics Set to Compete at USA Championships

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Five Ohio State men’s gymnasts will travel to Kansas City, Mo. Aug. 5 to compete in the USA Championships. The multi-day event will host competitors from around the country who hope to qualify for the World Selection Camp at the US Olympic Training Center in early September.

Ohio State will be represented by two incoming freshmen, Donovan Hewitt and Justin Ah Chow, current junior, Max Andryushchenko, and two Buckeye alumni, Alec Yoder and Sean Melton. This week, NBC4 caught up with four of the OSU hopefuls about their preparation and the possibility of competing for Team USA in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
