West Lafayette, Ind.—The Ohio State men’s golf team leads the Northern Intercollegieate after the first day of play. The Buckeyes shot a 296 (+8) and lead second-place Toledo by two strokes. The second round was not completed as scheduled due to darkness. The first two rounds of the tournament were scheduled for Friday. Six golfers had not finished the round by the end of the day. Noah Lucas (So., Worthington, Ohio) led the Buckeyes with a 73-stroke performance, one over par. Jason Westrick of Ball State leads the field at 72. The remainder of the second round resumes at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, before the start of the third round.
