COLUMBUS, Ohio – After a shootaround Friday morning, the Ohio State men’s basketball team took the court for its first full practice at 4 p.m. Beforehand, head coach Thad Matta and juniors Jon Diebler, David Lighty and Evan Turner sat down to talk about the upcoming trip to Canada and the excitement of returning to the hardwood as a team.

The Buckeyes have 10 days to prepare for their Aug. 27-31 jaunt to Windsor, Ontario, where they are scheduled play three exhibition contests against area teams. It marks the return of Lighty to the floor, after the junior guard/forward redshirted the 2008-09 season after breaking his foot early in the season.
