It’s Thursday afternoon and we just finished our second round. I am sitting in the media room because they are kind enough to let us use their internet after the interviews. Canada hung in there again today. Laura had a great round and shot 70. I shot a 75, and Mary Ann had 78. We were on the Ocean course today and started later than expected because of a 2 hour rain delay. The course was completely under water so we had to play lift-clean-and place. We played with Sweden and Japan today which was a great pairing because they are equally strong teams. You will all be excited to know that Canada is still in the lead by 3 shots. It feels good to have the lead but we know that we will have to play really well for the next couple of days to beat the others. Tonight we are eating at the golf course in a restaurant called the Grill Room. It’s supposed to be really good and it overlooks the rainforest. I am sure we will make it to the casino at some point tonight as well! Stay tuned tomorrow for how we do, and be sure to send us all those good golfing vibes.
