Second annual tailgate event set for Ohio Stadium
The second annual “Horseshoe and Hot Dogs” event will take place from 6-8 p.m., Aug. 24 in Ohio Stadium’s South Concourse. This special event serves as the first official tailgate for the 2010 football season and gives friends of the Buckeye Club an opportunity to discuss all things Ohio State.
In true tailgate fashion, the event will include a barbeque-style meal with fun and games provided for guests of all ages. In addition, the Horseshoe and Hot Dogs event will feature a hot dog eating contest for a few lucky guests to compete against some “celebrity” participants. Make sure to practice now for a chance to win some great Buckeye memorabilia.
Additionally, the Buckeye Club will be raffling off prizes throughout the evening, including two tickets in the Athletics Suite for the Eastern Michigan football game.
To order tickets to this special event, visit ohiostatebuckeyes.com/buckeyeclub or call 614-292-9908 to speak to an Athletics Development representative. Tickets are $15 for adults (limit 5 per Buckeye Club member) with children ages 5 and under admitted free.
The Buckeyes are currently in fall camp preparing for the season opener with Marshall Sept. 2 at Ohio Stadium. Don’t miss this special opportunity to kickoff the season with the Buckeye Club.
