Hanson’s ‘Number’ Retired, Legacy Fund Launched

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State University men’s volleyball program hosted ‘Alumni Weekend 2019’ (Sept. 6-8) and Hall of Fame head coach Pete Hanson was celebrated throughout. Hanson served as Buckeye head coach for 35 seasons and uniform No. 35 has officially been retired. In addition, the Hanson Legacy Fund was announced.

The Hanson Legacy Fund will honor Coach Hanson by establishing an endowed fund that provides vital resources to help sustain the program’s success and unite the OSU Men’s Volleyball family for years to come.
