COLUMBUS, Ohio – Five Buckeyes earned championships Saturday at the 2023 Blue Raider Open at the Holloway Wellness Center on the campus of Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Kentucky.
Brendan McCrone (125), Nic Bouzakis (133), Gavin Brown (157), Seth Shumate (184) and Luke Geog (197) all went undefeated on their way to titles in the open event.
The No. 5 Buckeyes (10-1, 4-0), fresh from a 23-15 win at No. 7 Michigan Friday in Ann Arbor, will be back in action at home Sunday vs. Michigan State at the Covelli Center in Columbus. Match time is set for 1 p.m. with B1G+ streaming the action live.
