Thursday’s post-practice interviews featured the running backs with Ohio State’s two most experienced backs, Daniel Herron and Brandon Saine.

Both will be looked upon to carry a bulk of the load with the departure of Chris “Beanie” Wells who is entering the NFL Draft.

Herron carried 89 times last year for 439 yards (4.9 ypc) and six touchdowns. He had his best game of the season against Troy with 94 yards on 20 carries. Saine carried 26 times for 65 yards and one touchdown in limited action.

Be sure to check back Friday for a profile on Herron.
