COLUMBUS, Ohio –The NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Track and Field and Cross Country Committee have announced the qualifiers for the 2019 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Championships preliminary competitions. The competitions are scheduled for May 23 – 25. The University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida will host the East Preliminary and California State University, Sacramento in Sacramento, California will host the West Preliminary. The qualifiers out of each region will compete in the NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Championships held June 5-8 in Austin, Texas. Click here for more information.
The Ohio State women, who are coming off of a Big Ten title sweep and are currently ranked No. 24 in the nation, are sending 17 athletes, including two relay teams to Jacksonville while the men will send 18 athletes and two relay teams.
