FB: Freeman, Robiskie Standout in Senior Bowl
Marcus Freeman and Brian Robiskie played in the 2009 Senior Bowl all-star game Saturday in Mobile, Ala. The pair of Ohio State seniors played for the North unit that dropped a 35-18 decision to the South. Freeman finished the game with eight tackles, including six solo stops. Robiskie contributed three catches for 47 yards for the North. – MORE –
FB: Laurinaitis Honored at Men’s Basketball Sunday
Three-time All-American recognized at halftime of Michigan State game for winning Lowe’s Senior Class Award Ohio State linebacker James Laurinaitis, who completed his Ohio State career as a three-time All-American in 2008, was honored Sunday at halftime of the men’s basketball game vs. Michigan State. Earlier this month, Laurinaitis was named college football’s first Lowe’s Senior CLASS Award winner for the Football Bowl Subdivision (formerly Division I). – MORE –
