No. 17 Ohio State Opens NCAA Tournament Play Against St. Francis (Pa.)
CCOLUMBUS, Ohio – The 17th-ranked Ohio State women’s soccer team commences NCAA tournament play as a No. 3 seed, taking on St. Francis (Pa.) at 5 p.m. Friday at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium. Virginia Tech and Dayton face off in the second match of the night at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for students and are available Friday at the stadium. The first 200 Ohio State students will be admitted free with their BuckID.- MORE –

Buckeyes Host Ninth-Ranked Illinois Friday and Wisconsin Sunday in St. John Arena
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women’s volleyball team (19-8 overall, 7-7 Big Ten, tied for fifth) will host ninth-ranked Illinois (20-4, 12-2, first) and Wisconsin (15-10, 4-10, ninth) this weekend in St. John Arena. The Buckeyes will host the Illini of Illinois at 7 p.m. ET Friday and the Badgers of Wisconsin at 2 p.m. ET Sunday. Buckeyes Volunteer Time at Veterans Day Parade
COLUMBUS, Ohio – This Veterans Day a group of Ohio State student-athletes will have a deeper appreciation of the holiday after volunteering their time at the 2010 Veterans Day parade in Columbus. Braving the wind and cold at the Veterans Day parade through Downtown Columbus Nov. 5, members of the men’s lacrosse, synchronized swimming, women’s track and field and women’s golf teams, along with several coaches, helped Operation Buckeye deliver its message of support to America’s deployed troops.- MORE –
