No. 4 Seed Ohio State Hosts NCAA Regional This Weekend
COLUMBUS, Ohio – After winning its fifth-consecutive Big Ten regular-season and tournament titles, the No. 4-seed Ohio State men’s tennis team will continue postseason play as one of 16 hosts for the first and second rounds of the 2010 Division I Men’s Tennis Championship Saturday and Sunday at Stickney Tennis Center. The Buckeyes will take on Western Michigan at 1 p.m., while Michigan and Denver will play at 10 a.m. in the first round. – MORE –
Wimmers a Pitcher of the Year Quarterfinalist
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Alex Wimmers, Ohio State’s talented junior pitcher from Cincinnati, Ohio, and Archbishop Moeller High School, was named today by the College Baseball Foundation one of 25 quarterfinalists for the 2010 Pitcher of the Year Award. – MORE –
