COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State men’s track and field program traveled to Notre Dame, Ind. and competed in the Meyo Invitational hosted by Notre Dame. The Buckeyes were able to register eight top-ten finishes in a field of more than 20 programs and achieved ten personal records.
During the first day of the Meyo Invitational, senior Robby Oswald placed fifth in the men’s pole vault with a cleared height of 5.00-meters. Sophomore Kainnan Ramsey was able to register a fifth place showing with a career best time of 21.63 in the 200-meter dash.
On day two, senior Ryan Harrington placed fourth in the men’s 400-meter dash with a career best time of 48.02. Cameron Cooper finished the day out strong for the Buckeyes with a third place showing in the championship section of the 800-meter dash. His time of 1:49.33 is a new career best for the junior.
