Murray began his second tenure at Ohio State in July of 2019. He returned to women’s basketball program after spending the 2018-19 season as the Video Coordinator and Director of Scouting for the women’s basketball program at Wisconsin.

In his first stint with the Buckeyes as a student, he filmed games and practices and prepared scouting videos. He also served as the director of Camp Operations for the Buckeyes, organizing the day-to-day schedule of the camps while supervising all camp staff.

Murray played one season at Centre College (Ky.), aiding the Colonels to the Southern Athletic Conference championship and an appearance in the second round of the NCAA tournament. After transferring to Ohio State, Murray participated in the OSU men’s club basketball team from 2015-17. The Buckeyes won the National Intramural and Recreational Sports Association Championship with Murray being named the tournament MVP. He also served as a practice player for the Buckeye women’s basketball team for one season.

He is a 2018 graduate of Ohio State with a bachelor’s degree in business.
