Senior Season (2017-2018)
Finished in second at the OSU Open… competed at the Elite Invitational Duals earning 14 wins for the Buckeyes… competed at the St. John’s Invitational, earning at 3-9 record…finished 12-10 and undefeated in two rounds at Northwestern Duals…

Junior Season (2016-2017)
Competed at the Elite Invitational, St. John’s Invitational, and Northwestern Duals…tied for third place in individual competition at Midwest Fencing Conference Championships… helped the Buckeyes claim the men’s foil title at MFC by taking down University of Illinois 5-1…finished fifth at Midwest Regionals.

Sophomore Season (2015-2016)
Competed at the Elite Invitational and Northwestern Duals … earned 19 wins for the Buckeyes … finished in 13th place at the Garret Penn State Open … came in fifth place in individual competition at Midwest Fencing Conference Championships … OSU Scholar Athlete.

Freshman Season (2014-2015)
Registered 12 wins at OSU Duals … competed in NYU Invitational, Northwestern Duals, and OSU Invitational … finished in 16th place at Garret Penn State Open, qualifying for the direct elimination round … placed seventh at Midwest Regionals … OSU Scholar Athlete.

Prior to Ohio State
Competed with RFC for two years and FCC for four years.

Son of Philippe Baneux and Lisa De Azevado…has one sister named Isabelle (20)…sister was the 2014 DIII National Champion in water polo for Connecticut College…considering graduate school after graduation…enjoys water sports and soccer…greatest sports thrill is close victories over opponents…majoring in finance.
