COLUMBUS, Ohio – Jan Chanpalangsri and Claudia Lim have been voted as co-captains for the 2014-15 Ohio State women’s golf team. The senior duo has played in all three events during the Fall semester and a combined 70 tournaments in their collegiate careers thus far.

Chanpalangsri is off to a hot start for the Buckeyes in her senior campaign, posting a team-best 72.88 stroke average after finishing no lower than T-13th in each tournament. She opened the year with a runner-up performance at the Chip-N Club Invitational.

Lim was a top-10 performer in the Chip-N Club Invitational as well. She also contributed to the program’s T-7th place finish at the 2014 NCAA Championships a few months ago in May.

Both Buckeyes also cracked the top-10 during the two-round stroke play portion of the East & West Match Play Challenge. Each is a role model to younger players in the classroom as well. Chanpalangsri and Lim are two-time Academic All-Big Ten honorees and three-time OSU Scholar-Athletes.
