The Ohio State Women’s Soccer Camp is committed to excellence. Our goal is to provide a balanced learning environment that is both challenging and fun. Our camps have been developed speciﬁcally for the female soccer player and the curriculum is appropriate for all levels of players’ abilities and ages. Our experienced camp staff will combine individual technical and tactical training with small and larger group tactics. In each camp session, campers are grouped by age, soccer ability and physical maturity.
June 30 – July 3 | Grades 6 – 12 | $560 ($585 after June 1)**
This intensive individual camp will unite players by age and ability. Technical repetition, skillful decision making, individual defending, ﬁnishing, competitive fury, combative courage, enhanced footwork, coordination, speed and agility training will radiate throughout the curriculum. Mini tournaments and competitive matches will provide opportunities for individuals to improve and shine. High school age campers who aspire to compete as Division I student-athletes can experience collegiate ﬁtness standards and interact with some of our current Buckeye Soccer players to learn what it takes to be the best! Our experienced camp staff , maintained at an 8:1 camper-to-counselor ratio, will balance the competition, fun, and learning. All meals are provided for campers and all campers will stay in 24 hour supervised, air conditioned dormitories on the OSU Campus.
*There is a designated goalkeeping curriculum for this camp limited to ONLY high school aged campers. Spaces are limited. Please check the appropriate box on the registration form to identify the camper as a goalkeeper.
June 30 – July 2 | Grade 5 | $375 ($400 after June 1)**
Our Jr. Buckeye Residential Camp is an adapted residential experience for those going into the 5th grade. The Jr. Buckeye camper will go through a similar intensive curriculum as the full residential camper and partake in the normal residential activities, but will check out on July 2 at 11:30 a.m.

This extensive team camp is designed for teams who aspire to take their game to the championship level. Teams will work one-on-one with our senior staff to tailor the curriculum to each team’s goals and speciﬁc needs. Each team will have four training sessions (1-Sun, 2-Mon, 1-Tues) and 3 games (1/day). Group dynamics, competitive fury, ﬁtness standards, speed of play, possession, tactical problem solving, box organization, team attacking, team defending, and transition can be emphasized and balanced along with mini tournaments and matches against other teams. A team evaluation will be provided outlining strengths and weaknesses. All meals are provided for resident teams, and lunch and dinner are provided for teams who will be commuting. A minimum of 12 players are required and a goalkeeper is encouraged. Teams must enroll together as a group. Please see more information under “Enrollment.” Teams will check-in on Sunday at 2:00PM and depart on Tuesday at 11:30AM.

An OSU logo soccer ball can be purchased for $25. Please check the appropriate box on the registration form, select either size 4 or 5, and include payment – supplies are limited. Campers have the option of purchasing a camp photo for $10. A camp T-shirt is provided as part of the registration fees. Please specify youth or adult sizes on the application. OSU Soccer merchandise will be available to purchase at camp check in.
ENROLLMENT & DISCOUNTS
Each camp is open to any and all girls meeting the age/grade requirements listed for the camp. If registering online, full payment is required at the time of online registration. You may register online by visiting OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations. If registering by mail, full payment or a $100 non-refundable deposit must be sent with the mail-in registration. Registrations postmarked after June 1, 2019 will be charged the Late Registration Fee. Please make checks payable to The Ohio State University. Any payments the day of camp must be made with credit card, cash, or money order. No exceptions will be made.
For the team camp, completed applications and payments must be submitted together (no exceptions) in one envelope with a cover sheet that includes the coach’s name, address, phone number and email address. If a team drops below 12 participants, the individual residential enrollment rate ($560/$585) will be applied to each camper. Individuals may be added to the team and teams can be subdivided into multiple teams if necessary, but all deadlines and fees apply. regarding team camp. Please contact in advance for more details.
Children of Ohio State University employees are eligible to receive $50 off their registration fee. Proof of employment (i.e., copy of employee or BuckID) and payment must be submitted with the registration. Campers who register for the Full-Day Camp or the Half-Day Camp are eligible to receive $50 off a registration fee for the Jr. Buckeye Residential Camp. Siblings are eligible to receive a $75 discount off a Residential Camp registration per additional sibling after the ﬁrst sibling is paid in full for the same camp. Discounts are not available through online registration and may not be combined. Please make checks payable to The Ohio State University. Upon processing of each registration, a conﬁrmation notice will be sent by email. A packet of “Important Information for Registered Campers” (including the Parent Consent & Waiver Form and Concussion Information Form) will be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. This packet will not be separately mailed to campers. Please check your email regularly, as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.
REQUIRED FORMS FOR PARTICIPATION
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Upon receipt of mail-in registrations, we will email a link to complete these forms online. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
A refund less a $100 administrative fee will be issued for any cancellation received at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp.
Because we have to guarantee our number of campers in advance, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required. The administrative fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp or to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and submitted by mail, email, or fax – no phone calls or voicemails. All supporting documentation required for a refund to be approved and processed must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes. com/camps. Campers who choose to leave camp early, or campers are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
