Join us here at The Ohio State University for a full camp experience. Our Elite camp is designed to teach and enhance skills, small-sided concepts, and full field strategies in a competitive environment to the player looking to take their game to the next level. Daily schedules will include fundamental and advanced stick work development, position specific detail, small number strategies, and team orientated full field play. You will have the opportunity to experience the best lacrosse facilities in the nation here at Ohio State and work with some of the top staff members in the country. Prizes and Raffle Giveaways and a Nike Ohio State Lacrosse Reversible are included.
FACILITIES
Games will be played at the state-of-the-art Woody Hayes Athletic Center Indoor fi eld as well as the Harmon Family practice fields. Sessions will also be played in historic Ohio Stadium. Campers will be playing on field turf and grass and should bring footwear that is appropriate for the playing surfaces. A campus and facility tour is in included.
ENROLLMENT
The fee for this camp is $515 for overnight campers and $450 for day campers. The Elite Camp is open to any and all girls entering grades 7 and up in the Fall of 2019. There is a maximum number of campers permitted in the camp, so register early! Full payment is required at the time of registration. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations. If registering by mail, please make your check payable to The Ohio State University. Any non-scholastic group of 5 or more that wishes to pay with one check for the entire group must do so ahead of time via mail. Any non-scholastic organization with a group of 5 or more registering the day of the camp must pay with credit card, cash, or money order. No exceptions will be made.
EARLY ARRIVALS
Campers whose travel plans require them to arrive the night before the start of camp may stay in the camp dorm for an additional fee. Please email Ashley Jones (Asst. Director, Camps) at jones.6472@osu.edu for more information.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts are not available through online registration. Discounts cannot be combined. If registering as a group, all registrations must be submitted together, along with payment, by mail. Please make checks payable to The Ohio State University.
MULTI CAMP DISCOUNT: Campers who attend one (1) Ohio State Women’s Lacrosse 2019 Summer Camp will be eligible to receive a $50 discount on each additional 2019 Summer Camp.
SIBLING DISCOUNT: When one individual attends a 2019 Women’s Lacrosse Summer Camp, each additional sibling from the same family is eligible for a 10% discount for the same camp.
OSU EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT: Children of The Ohio State University employees will be eligible for a 10 percent discount of the total cost of attending one (1) Ohio State Women’s Lacrosse 2019 Summer Camp. Proof of employment (i.e., copy of Employee ID or BuckID) and payment must be provided at the time of registration by mail.
REQUIRED FORMS FOR PARTICIPATION
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Upon reciept of mail-in registrations, we will email a link to complete these forms online. Athletes will not be permitted to participate without these forms. Participants ages 18 and older will only need to complete the Adult Consent, Waiver & Release Form.
EQUIPMENT
All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment, including sticks, goggles, mouth guards, and goalie equipment. No equipment will be provided to ANY camper.
MEALS & HOUSING
All overnight campers will be housed in air conditioned dorms on The Ohio State University campus. All meals will be provided for overnight campers, starting with dinner on the first day and ending with lunch on the last day. For day campers, lunch and dinner will be provided.
TRANSPORTATION
The Ohio State Women’s Lacrosse Elite Camp will provide a shuttle service to and from the airport. All requests must be received in writing to ath-wlax@osu.edu no later than 1 week prior to camp. The fee for airport transportation is $15 oneway/ per camper.
CONFIRMATION
Upon processing of each registration, a confi rmation notice will be sent by email. A packet of “Important Information for Registered Campers” (including the Parent Consent & Waiver Form and Concussion Information Form) will be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. This packet will not be separately mailed to campers. Please check your email regularly, as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.
REFUNDS
A refund less a $100 administrative fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 1 week prior to the start of the camp. The administrative fee and the 3% online processing are not refundable for ANY reason. Because we have to guarantee our number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 1 week prior to the start of the camp will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and submitted by mail, email, or fax – no phone calls or voicemails. All supporting documentation required for a refund to be approved and processed must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.

It is not permissible for boosters to provide expenses for individuals to attend any camps by the Ohio State Department of Athletics.
