Men's Lacrosse Buckeye ID Prospect Day

You are invited to our premier prospect camp, the Buckeye ID Prospect Day. The camp schedule will give each camper the best opportunity to showcase his skills while giving college coaches an accurate evaluation on each camper’s ability. Each college coach in attendance will receive detailed rosters and contact information on each camper at the event.

Camp Staff: Campers will be coached by current Ohio State players and coaching staff

Check-in: 8:30am

Instruction: 9:00am-3:00pm

The fee for the Buckeye ID Prospect Camp is $150 per camper. This fee will include a Nike reversible and camper lunch. The camp is open to any and all boys graduating high school in 2023, 2024 or 2025. There is a maximum number of campers permitted in each camp per position, so register early!

Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may register online by visiting A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations. If registering by mail, please make checks payable to The Ohio State University. Any non-scholastic group of 5 or more that wishes to pay with one check for the entire group must do so ahead of time via mail. ​There will be no walk-ups permitted for this camp, all participants must register in advance.

All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. No equipment will be provided to ANY camper.

There will be a one hour lunch break. Lunch will be provided. This is a day camp only and no overnight accommodations will be provided. Campers are responsible for providing their own overnight accommodations if needed. Hotel information can be provided upon request.

The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. If you mail in your registration, please visit to obtain these forms. Please complete, sign and send the forms with your child to check-in – do not send the forms to us prior to the date of camp. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.

A confirmation of payment notice will be emailed once your registration is approved.  A packet of “Important Information for Registered Campers” (including the Parent Consent & Waiver Form and Concussion Information Form) will be emailed to you and posted online at at least 1 weeks prior to the start of the camp. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.

A refund less a $30 administration fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. The administration fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.

Because we have to guarantee the number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.

A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and submitted by mail, email, or fax – no phone calls or voicemails. All supporting documentation required for a refund to be approved and processed must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.

Camp will be headquartered at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center located at 535 Irving Schottenstein Dr., Columbus, OH 43210. The exact check-in location will be determined as camp gets closer.

No walk-up campers.
Fully vaccinated people do not need to wear masks indoors or outdoors, in accordance with public health guidelines and university guidelines. Individuals who are not vaccinated are required to continue wearing masks indoors. Exception during intense physical activity.
Campers will be put into smaller cohorts during camp.
