The 2019 Buckeye Battle provides a setting where the nation’s top High School teams can compete against high level competition while also improving individual and team skills. Buckeye Battle is newly designed in large part due to the new NCAA rules regarding recruiting. This will be a great opportunity for high school players to experience a B1G college campus with their high school teammates and coaches, while also gaining exposure. Club teams will not be permitted at Buckeye Battle. Players may register as a part of a high school team or individually. Individual players will be placed on a house team. The house team may be cancelled if there are not enough players (1 Goalie, 5 Defense, 5 Attack, and 8 Midfield) registered.
• All games played at the nation’s best athletic facilities including Ohio Stadium and Woody Hayes Athletic Center (home of Buckeye Football and Men’s Lacrosse practice facility)
• Round Robin format followed by a Championship Tournament
• Each team will play a minimum of 6 games
• Overnight campers will be provided with 6 catered meals, busses to and from all fields, and stay in new air-conditioned dormitories
