All camp sessions, excluding the Specialists and Special Teams Camp, will be headquartered at the newly renovated Les Wexner Football Complex at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center located at 535 Irving Schottenstein Dr. on the Ohio State University campus. Camp tuition includes instruction led by the Ohio State University coaching staff, athletic trainers, a camp T-shirt, recreation and/or motivational talks, transportation to and from practice sessions, transportation to and from the airport or bus terminal and secondary insurance coverage in the event of an injury. Meals and parking vary by camp. Please refer to each camp’s confirmation packet for meals and parking information. All camps are non-contact. It is mandatory that campers bring their own helmet to each Position Camp.

is open to any and all athletes entering the 9th grade and up in the fall of 2019. Campers are divided by position and will have the opportunity to participate in Ohio State skill development drills for their specified position. Kicking instruction is not offered at this camp. Strength and speed training techniques will also be emphasized. Both overnight and day campers will check-in at the designated dorm location at 9:00am on June 12th. The camp will run from approximately these times – June 12th: 10am-9pm and June 13th: 9am-4pm. Overnight campers will check-out at 4:30pm on June 13th and should be picked up at their assigned dorm. Meals for overnight campers begin with lunch on the first day and end with lunch on the second day. On June 12th, day campers will be dismissed at 9pm from OHIO STADIUM. On June 13th, day campers will be dismissed at approximately 4pm from the Woody Hayes Athletic Center. Meals for day campers includes lunch and dinner on June 12th & lunch on June 13th. The deadline to register for this camp is May 27th. Overnight walk-up registrants and registrations postmarked after May 27th will be charged a late registration fee of $25. 1-Day Position Camp is open to any and all athletes entering the 9th grade and up as of the fall of 2019. Kicking instruction is not offered at this camp. The One Day Position Camp is a one-day intensive camp designed for the serious football athlete. The camp will include individual skill, technique drills, group instruction, and a parking pass. Lunch will be provided. The $75 camp fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show for any reason. Campers will check-in at the Les Wexner Football Complex beginning at 8:30am for the camp. This camp will run from 11am to approximately 3:30pm. The deadline to register for the June 15th camp is June 12th . Walk-up registration will be permitted day of camp. All camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender). ALL CAMPERS NEED TO BRING A HELMET.

Specialists Camp is open to any and all campers entering the 5th grade and up in the fall of 2019. Instruction will be led by an experienced kicking game staff. In addition, long snapping skill instruction will also be given during the camp. Campers will check-in at Ohio Stadium at 9:30am on June 15th. Camp will run from 10:30am to approximately 3pm on June 15th. The deadline to register for this camp is May 25th. Walk-up registrants and registrations postmarked after May 25th will be charged a late registration fee of $25. Helmets are not needed for this camp. All camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender). This camp will be held exclusively at Ohio Stadium.

7 on 7 Camp is open to any and all High School teams with participants entering 9th grade and up in fall of 2019. The morning session will begin with an instructional session. Then, teams will play a guaranteed 5 games: 4 games before being seeded into single-elimination tournament
play in the afternoon session. Check-in for the camp will begin at 9am. The camp will run from 10am – approximately 5pm at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center. Lunch will not
be provided. The deadline to register for this camp is June 3rd. Walk-up registrants and registrations postmarked after June 3rd will be charged a late team registration fee of $25. Helmets are needed for this camp. Players may register as a high school team or individually. On a first-come, first-serve basis, individual players will be placed on a house team.
The house team may be cancelled if there are not enough players. There is a limited number of spots open for this camp so please register early! All camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender). ALL CAMPERS NEED TO BRING A HELMET.
Camp applications are processed in the order they are received. Camp sessions may sell out prior to the stated deadlines. We cannot guarantee availability in any camp session after the posted registration deadlines. Phone and faxed applications will not be accepted. Please do not call to confirm that your application has been received. You will receive confirmation via email of your acceptance into camp after your application has been processed. A check or money order must accompany your registration. Please include the camper’s name on the check or money order. Credit cards are not accepted for mail in registrations. Any non-scholastic group of 5 or more that wishes to pay with one check for the entire group must do so ahead of time via mail. Any non-scholastic organization with a group of 5 or more registering the day of the camp must pay with credit card, cash, or money order. No exceptions will be made.

REQUIRED FORMS FOR PARTICIPATION
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registration. Upon reciept of mail-in registrations, we will email a link to complete these forms online. ATHLETES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT THESE FORMS.
For camps where equipment is required, equipment may be rented for a nominal fee upon arrival. Equipment is available to rent on a first come, first serve basis.
Ohio State Football Camps will provide a shuttle service to and from the airport. All requests need to be emailed to Quinn Tempel (email@example.com) no later than 1 week prior to the start of each camp.
EARLY ARRIVALS/LATE DEPARTURES
Campers attending the 1-Day Position Camp or Specialists and Special Teams Camp whose travel plans require them to arrive the night before the start of camp or leave the morning after camp ends may stay in the camp dorm for an additional fee. There are a limited number of beds available. The lodging is on a first come, first served basis. Please email Ashley Jones (Asst. Director, Camps) at firstname.lastname@example.org at least one week prior to the start of camp for more information.
A refund less a $75 administrative fee will be issued for any written cancellation received at least 7 days prior to the start of each camp. The $75 administrative fee is not refundable for ANY reason.
Any cancellation received less than 7 days prior to the start of each camp will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and submitted by mail, email, or fax – no phone calls or voicemails. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. Injury refund policy available upon request.
Refund authorization forms received prior to June 1 will be processed upon receipt. Refund authorization forms received after June 1 will be processed by July 31. Children of Ohio State University employees and active military are eligible to receive $25 off per registration. Proof of employment (i.e., copy of employee, BuckID) and payment must be submitted with the registration. Active military must show military ID at check-in. Groups of 10 or more campers are also eligible to receive $25 off per registration. If registering as a group, all registrations must be submitted together, along with payment, by mail. High Schools that bring 3+ teams are eligible for a discounted rate of $300 per team. Discounts are not available through online registration. Discounts may not be combined. Please makes checks payable to The Ohio State University. Any non-scholastic group of 5 or more that wishes to pay with one check for the entire group must do so ahead of time via mail.
