COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women’s golf team will return to the links, March 28-30, for the 17th annual Bryan National Collegiate. The three-day tournament, co-hosted by UNC Greensboro and Wake Forest, will be played on par 72, 6,386-yard Bryan Park Golf and Enrichment Center Champions Course in Greensboro, N.C.
A notable field of 18 teams is scheduled to be in attendance with 13 ranked in the Top 50 according to Golfweek. No. 3 Duke will be in attendance along with returning 2013 champion Virginia (31). Representing the Big Ten will be Michigan State (24), Northwestern (18), Penn State and Ohio State (30).

THE BUCKEYE LINEUP
Five Buckeyes will be competing for team score this weekend in North Carolina.
Leading the way for Ohio State is freshman Zoe-Beth Brake who has a 72.56 average with two rounds in the 60s and one top five win this season. Rounding out the top scorers are classmates Jessica Porvasnik and Katja Pogacar with 73.29 and 74.67 stroke averages, respectfully.
LAST TIME ON THE LINKS
Ohio State earned its third Top 3 finish of the season with a three-day total of 875 at the SunTrust Gator Women’s Invitational on par 70, 6,002-yard Bostick Golf Course in Gainesville, Fla., March 14-16.
The invitational included a field of 14 teams and nine teams were ranked in the top 50. Senior Allison Harper and freshman Zoe-Beth Brake earned finishes in the Top 10 to lead the Buckeyes. Harper came in seventh overall with a 7-over 217 and Brake tied for eighth overall with an 8-over 218.
Wake Forest and UNC Greensboro have co-hosted the Bryan National Collegiate for the past 17 years. Virginia captured the 2013 team title with a 5-over 869. Former Georgia Bulldog Emilie Burger captured the 2013 individual title with a 211.
The Buckeyes did not compete in the 2013 installment of the tournament. The Buckeyes last competed in 2012 and tied for fourth with a final round of 301.
A high of 66 with showers is in the forecast for Friday. Saturday will have the same high along with the potential for severe thunderstorms. Sunday will have a high of 63 and partly cloudy.
The Buckeyes will travel to Jacksonville, Fla., for the Web.com Colligate April 7-8.
