TUCSON, Ariz. – The Buckeyes recorded a program-best 54-hole score of 837 (-27) en route to a second-place finish at the Mountain View Collegiate.
Caley McGinty fired a program-record 63 (-9) in the final round of play on Sunday. It is the lowest 18-hole round of her collegiate career. She placed second at the tournament with an impressive three-round score of 198 (-18).
Jillian Bourdage closed out the tournament with her second under-par round of the weekend, carding a 71 (-1). She tied for 17th place with a 54-hole score of 212 (-4).
Kary Hollenbaugh shot 73 (+1) in the final round for an overall score of 213 (-3). She tied for 22nd place.
For the second time during the tournament, Lauren Peter shot an even 72. She finished with a total score of 218 (+2) and tied for 53rd place.
Aneka Seumanutafa tied for 59th place. She carded a weekend-best 71 (-1) in the final round for a 54-hole total of 219 (+3).
The Buckeyes compete next at the Silverado Showdown in Napa, Calif. April 3-5, before hosting the Lady Buckeye at the OSU Scarlet Course April 15-16 to close out the regular season.
