COLUMBUS, Ohio – Eight of North America’s top collegiate men’s volleyball programs will converge in Toronto, Ontario (Dec. 28-31) for the Cam Am Volleyball Holiday Showcase. A dozen world-class matches are on the docket, including three Canadian foes for Ohio State.
The Buckeyes are set to face the University of Alberta, McMaster University and Ryerson University on three consecutive days running Dec. 28-30. Trinity Western University, the defending national champions north of the border, are the fourth Canadian school competing while Lewis, Long Beach State and UCLA join Ohio State as the American representation.
All 21 Buckeyes on the roster and the entire coaching staff is booked for the international trip, serving as the program’s final preseason preparation. The 2020 regular season, the inaugural run for both the Covelli Center and Kevin Burch Era, begins Jan. 4 against North Greenville.
