COLUMBUS, Ohio – The 2022 Ohio State Rowing team continues to add academic honors to its growing list of accomplishments following an eighth-place finish in the 2022 NCAA Championships in late May.
A total of 23 of Ohio State’s total of 178 Big Ten Distinguished Scholars are members of the rowing team, the league announced Thursday.
Eleven Buckeyes were named 2022 CRCA Scholar Athletes by the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association earlier this month.
When the Ohio State Scholar Athlete list was released earlier in the spring, 73 Buckeye rowers made the list. Similarly, 53 Ohio State rowers earned 2022 Academic All-Big Ten Accolades.
