COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women’s volleyball team (22-11 overall) earned a second consecutive appearance in the NCAA Division I Championship and will face Lipscomb (24-6) Friday at 6 p.m. ET in the University of Dayton Frericks Center in a first round match. The second match will have Butler (21-9) face host and 14th-seed Dayton (27-3) at 8 p.m. ET. The Friday winners will advance to the second round Saturday at 5:30 p.m. ET

Coached by Geoff Carlston, the Buckeyes finished sixth in the Big Ten Conference and earned an at-large bid with a 22-11 record.

Coached by Brandon Rosenthal, the Bisons won the Atlantic Sun Tournament for an automatic berth and have a 24-6 record.

Coached by Sharon Clark, the Bulldogs won the Horizon League Tournament for an automatic berth and have a 21-9 record.
