This spring, 25 members of the Ohio State women’s lacrosse team have earned Academic All-Big Ten accolades.
To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, student-athletes must be on a varsity team, as verified by being on the official squad list, who have been enrolled full-time at the institution for a minimum of 12 months and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
Lindsay Epstein (kinesiology master’s) and Riley Ewing (applied economics master’s) are both now four-time honorees. Sophie Baez (kinesiology master’s), Ali Beekhuizen (kinesiology master’s), Catie Beg (fashion and retail studies), Clare Johnston (speech and hearing science), Ava Keethler (health sciences) and Cai Martin (health sciences) were all recognized for the third time.
Jane Cowley (communication), Molly Erneston (agribusiness and applied economics), Nicole Ferrara (communication), Maura McGregor (communication), Claire Morris (marketing), Caly O’Brien (health sciences), Emily Rezebek (marketing) and Ashley Turner (sport industry) each earned their second awards.
First-time honorees included Regan Alexander (finance), Riley Alexander (marketing), Bryn Fitzkee (international studies), Sarah Johnson (political science), Jamie Lasda (environment, economy, development and sustainability), Jamie Level (psychology), Erin O’Neil (finance), Kiana Perez (pharmaceutical sciences) and Leah Sax (health sciences).
Sax was recognized for carrying a 4.0 cumulative grade-point average.
