Buckeyes Eighth with a Round to Play at Bryan National Collegiate

Browns Summit, N.C. – The Ohio State women’s golf team sits eighth at 18-over after the second round of the Bryan National Collegiate Saturday at the Bryan Park Championship Course.

Freshman Aneka Seumanutafa followed up an opening-round 74 with a 1-over 73 and sits in a tie for 21st with fellow sophomore Yukie Sasaki, who shot a 3-over 75. Senior Niki Schroeder is in a tie for 32nd

At 5-over, junior Adeena Shears is tied for 43rd and freshman Lauren Peter is tied for 79th.

Sophomore Sofia Seldemirova, competing as an individual, is tied for 15th at 1-over.

As a team, the Buckeyes are in third for the most pars through two rounds with 120.

Individually, Sasaki is tied for the most pars with 29 while Seldemirova is tied for first in par-3 scoring at 1-under and has one of just five eagles through two rounds.
