Bryce Hepner Added to 2020 Recruiting Class

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Bryce Hepner, a two-time Ohio high school state champion from St. Edward High School in northeast Ohio, has signed a National Letter of Intent to join the Ohio State wrestling program for the 2020-21 season. His brother, Cade, is a redshirt sophomore for the Buckeyes.

Hepner captured back-to-back state titles as a sophomore (126 lbs) and junior (138 lbs) after reaching the finals to cap his freshman campaign. The three-time finalist is competing at 152 pounds as senior.

FloWrestling ranks Hepner No. 14 nationally among 152 pounders.

The son of Eric and Wendy Hepner joins Anthony Echemendia as signees for the ’20 class.
