COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State senior offensive lineman Bryant Browning has been named to the ESPN Academic All-District 4 team. Browning now moves on to the national ballot for ESPN Academic All-America consideration.

Browning is a marketing major from Cleveland, Ohio, and Glenville High School. He was honorable mention all-Big Ten Conference last year as a junior. He has started 36 games for the Buckeyes over his career.

Four Buckeyes have earned five Academic All-America honors under coach Jim Tressel: Craig Krenzel (2003), Anthony Gonzalez (2006), Stan White Jr. (2006) and Brian Robiskie (2007 and 2008).
