COLUMBUS, Ohio — Prior to the annual LiFE Sports Spring Football Game presented by Nationwide Insurance Saturday, April 18, the Ohio State University Department of Athletics will hold an equipment sale inside French Field House.

Fans will have the opportunity to purchase selected items from the football, basketball, hockey, tennis and spirit programs. The sale will begin promptly at 8 a.m. and conclude at 11 a.m.

All items will be sold on a first-come-first-served, in-person basis. Cash, check and credit card payment will be accepted. Prices may vary depending on the item (view price listing). Multiple purchases are permitted and all sales are final. Dependent on crowd size, access to the building may be restricted.

Highlighted features of the sale will include a limited number (less than 150) of the 2014 special edition alternate uniform chrome football helmets, worn during Ohio State’s successful chase for its eighth national championship.

In addition, game-issued jerseys from the 2007, 2008 and 2009 Big Ten Championship teams as well as the 2012 undefeated season and the 2013 B1G Leaders Division title-winning squad also will be for sale. From the 2014 College Football Championship campaign, fans will have an opportunity to purchase both home and away alternate uniform tops.
NOTE: Not all jersey numbers will be available in the sale.

· Cloth apparel, including T-shirts and polos (all 2XL and above)
· Jackets (all 2XL and above)
· Athletics shoes (sizes 10 and above)
· Various styles of hats

· Men’s hockey game-issued sweaters(home, away and alternate)
· Men’s hockey helmets
· Men’s and women’s basketball camp jerseys
· Men’s Tennis apparel
· Cheer apparel and gear

The 2015 LiFE Sports Spring Game Saturday begins at 11 a.m. with the Buckeye men’s lacrosse team taking on new B1G opponent Maryland in the annual Showdown in The ‘Shoe match. The football spring game will follow shortly at approximately 1:30 p.m.

Funds generated from the Spring Game Equipment Sale help support the mission of the Ohio State Department of Athletics and its more than 1,000 Student-Athletes competing each academic year.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: There will be no “layaway” policy. Purchased items immediately become property of the individual customer.
