McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion provides accommodations for those with disabilities, including accessible seating, and accessible restrooms that will allow for an enjoyable game day experience. Accessible seating is located at McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

Accessible Entrances
All entrances at McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion are accessible for guests with disabilities. All guests should enter the facility through the main doors facing the Recreation and Physical Activity Center (RPAC)
Parking
Disability Parking is located in Neil Avenue Garage and the 12th Avenue Garage. These areas will both be accessible, while space is available. A current state issued disability placard is required. Questions concerning disability parking should be directed to CampusParc at 614-688-0000 or the Athletic Ticket Office at 614-292-2624.
Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are located in McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion.
Seat Locations
Disability seating is located on the main level of McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion.
Animals: Pets, Service Animals, ESAs
Animals, except trained service dogs or miniature horses, are not permitted into McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion.
Service Dogs in Training are recognized by the Ohio Revised Code and are permitted into Ohio Stadium. Service dogs in training must have a liability insurance policy provided by the non-profit agency sponsoring the training and be under control. Typically, puppy rearing (under six months of age) focused on socialization and general obedience training is not considered Service Animal Training.
Emotional Support Animals may be permitted into Ohio State facilities as a reasonable accommodation. Requests must be reviewed by the University ADA Coordinator’s Office. Guests wishing to make a request for an Emotional Support Animal to an event should complete this Disability Needs Request Form at least two week prior to the event.
Ticket Exchange
If a ticket exchange is necessary, guests are encouraged to exchange their tickets prior to game day at the OSU Ticket Office located in the NE corner of the Jerome Schottenstein Center.
On event day, guests needing disability seating should contact the nearest Redcoat or event staff member.
Wheelchairs
Guests needing wheelchair assistance while in McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion for an event should contact the nearest Redcoat, event staff member or should go to the ticket office located at the main entrance of the pavilion.
