πŸ“ A Letter from Clay Ragon to Buckeye Nation

Buckeye Nation,

It has truly been a privilege to represent this university and team for the past 4 years. It is hard to believe that my time here is over, but I am leaving with memories and relationships that will last a lifetime. I jumped at the opportunity to come be a Buckeye and every second has been worth it. It is easy to call this place home when you are surrounded by such a special group of people.

So many people have come together to make this journey possible for me and I am forever grateful. I want to thank the coaching staff for believing in me and for giving me the opportunity to compete for them. I want to thank my teammates and friends for being there every step of the way and making this experience so enjoyable. I will always appreciate the memories made in and out of the wrestling room. I want to thank the support system Ohio State provided me to help get through school and prepare me for the next chapter in life. I want to thank the supporters and fans of the program for their generosity and love throughout the years. Most of all, I want to thank my parents for everything they have done for me and sacrificed to make this dream a reality.

I’ve learned and grown so much in all aspects of life during my time here and owe it all to the people of this program and university. I am leaving here with confidence knowing that I will be prepared for the next steps and will always be backed and supported by Buckeye Nation. Thank you again for making my time here special.

Go Bucks!
