COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Big Ten Conference announced its 2022 wrestling schedule Wednesday and Ohio State is slated to host four and travel to four other matches this winter.
The 2022 season begins on the road at Michigan State Jan. 7, 8 or 9.
The next three matches will be contested in Columbus vs. Michigan Jan. 14, Iowa Jan. 21 and Maryland Jan. 23.
The Buckeyes hit the road for the next three at Penn State Feb. 4, at Rutgers Feb. 6 and at Minnesota Feb. 11.
The season and home finale will be against Indiana Feb. 13 at the Covelli Center.
Ohio State has won three of the last seven Big Ten titles and finished in the top three at the NCAA Championships in five of the last six years.
The remainder of the nonconference schedule will be announced at a later date.
