COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State rowing team travels to the east coast for its season-opener against Brown and Princeton in Princeton, N.J. on Saturday. The regatta will take place on Lake Carnegie and racing will begin at 9:00 a.m.
Princeton and Brown finished the 2018 season one behind the other with ninth and tenth place finishes at the NCAA Championships. Princeton finished in second ahead of Brown at the 2019 Ivy League Championships.
Ohio State will row in five regular-season regattas this year, with three on the road and two in Columbus. The team will compete twice on the east coast along with once out west in Las Vegas.
The Buckeyes return 13 letterwinners from the 2018 squad that finished first at the 2018 Big Ten Championships and sixth at the NCAA Championships.
