The No. 9-ranked Ohio State men’s hockey team heads to Ann Arbor, Mich., for a Big Ten Tournament semifinal game vs. the Wolverines. The teams will meet at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, with the game televised by BTN, on the Fox Sports app and on Ohio State Radio.
No. 3 seed Ohio State, 20-14-3 on the year, defeated No. 6 Penn State in the quarterfinals in three games to advance, while No. 2 Michigan swept No. 7 Wisconsin. The highest remaining seed will host the Big Ten Tournament championship game at 8 p.m. March 18.
The Buckeyes were 2-1-1 vs. the Wolverines (22-11-3) in the regular season, with a split in Ann Arbor, tie and shootout win in Columbus and victory in an outdoor game in Cleveland.
Head coach Steve Rohlik and seniors Dominic Vidoli and Tate Singleton previewed the matchup.
