COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State women’s lacrosse student-athlete, Regina Oliver (Sr., Pottstown, Pa.) has been named to the 2005 Preseason All-Conference Team of the American Lacrosse Conference by a vote of the league’s head coaches. She is a three-time first team ALC all-conference selection and was the 2002 ALC Rookie of the Year and the 2003 ALC Player of the Year. Oliver’s squad has been picked to finish sixth in the ALC. The Buckeyes were 1-5 last season in the ALC, finishing sixth. Northwestern was picked to finish first by the coaches.

Ohio State opens the 2005 season next week when they host Duquesne at 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 26.
