COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State (5-4 overall, 3-0 American Lacrosse Conference) women’s lacrosse student-athlete Kelly Kremer (Fr., Kennett Square, Pa.) has been named the American Lacrosse Conference Player of the Week for her play in the OSU’s 15-4 victory at Davidson. She posted a game-high five points with four goals and an assist. Kremer scored OSU’s first two goals of the game and her third gave OSU a 5-2 lead and proved to be the game winner. She added four ground balls, two caused turnovers and a draw control in the contest. Kremer, who has scored at least one goal in every game this season, has 31 points on the season with 27 goals and four assists. She ranks third in the ALC in goals per game with a 3.00 average ranking her 15th this week in the NCAA statistics. Kremer is fifth in the conference in scoring with a 3.44 per game average.

Ohio State continues play this Sunday when they host California-Berkeley (7-5) at 1 p.m. in the Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium.
